What's on the ground in Braintree
1957 is roughly the midpoint for when a Braintree house went up, so plenty of the siding on these walls isn't original.
75% of the local housing stock is old enough to predate 1980, and houses that age rarely still wear their first exterior.
Median home value here sits at $656,800, the backdrop the 10 siding contractors below are pricing jobs against.
Siding contractors near Braintree, ranked by Google rating
Each business's Google star rating gets discounted or boosted here by its own review count, so five stars from a couple of reviewers loses out to a 4.8 built on hundreds. That math tells you nothing about a license, so ask to see a contractor's license or registration yourself before you sign.
