How we make money
The short version is the disclosure you'll see next to every quote button on this site:
Browsing this page costs nothing. The quote button is the only control that acts on your behalf: it hands your project to a matching partner, who may pay us afterward if that happens. Nobody buys a spot on this page or a higher rank — some cities show a public license record, others show the businesses Google's own users rated highest — and the crew that eventually calls might not match any name shown here.
A listing on Siding Companies Near Me is either pulled from a state contractor license file or, in a city this site doesn't have enough of those for, ranked from its Google rating. We don't charge a business to appear either way, and appearing here isn't an endorsement of its work: a license listing is a record, and a rated listing is a ranking by Google review score, neither one a placement we sold.
The quote button on each page is the only link that sends a request anywhere, and it's routed through our matching partners. One of those partners may pay us when a visitor requests quotes through that button. The quote button
Pages with listings also carry a quote button. It opens a quote request run by our matching partners, not by the businesses listed on the page. When you ask for quotes through it, a partner may pay us. That is how we pay for running this site.
The partner decides which companies to match you with, so the companies that contact you may not be the ones listed on the page you came from. Before you hire anyone, check their license the same way you would check a listed business.
What it costs you

What money doesn't change
- Listings come from state license records or, on top-rated lists, from Google Maps ratings. No business pays to be listed, to be left off, or for its position.
- License listings are sorted alphabetically. Top-rated lists are ranked only by Google rating and review count.
- There are no paid placements today. If we add any, they will be marked Sponsored.
- Verify license links go only to the state's license registry, never to a partner.
How to tell the links apart
