What's on the ground in Shiloh
Renters are the minority in Shiloh: 63% of occupied homes belong to the people living in them, not a landlord.
That matters in Shiloh specifically, since an owner decides on their own exterior, while a rental often waits on a property manager's schedule.
14% of Shiloh's houses were framed before 1980, which is where a lot of this directory's repeat business comes from.
Siding contractors near Shiloh, ranked by Google rating
Each business's Google star rating gets discounted or boosted here by its own review count, so five stars from a couple of reviewers loses out to a 4.8 built on hundreds. That math tells you nothing about a license, so ask to see a contractor's license or registration yourself before you sign.
