Housing in Marietta
Renters are the minority in Marietta: 47% of occupied homes belong to the people living in them, not a landlord.
That matters in Marietta specifically, since an owner decides on their own exterior, while a rental often waits on a property manager's schedule.
33% of Marietta's houses were framed before 1980, which is where a lot of this directory's repeat business comes from.
10 top-rated siding contractors in and near Marietta
Each business's Google star rating gets discounted or boosted here by its own review count, so five stars from a couple of reviewers loses out to a 4.8 built on hundreds. That math tells you nothing about a license, so ask to see a contractor's license or registration yourself before you sign.
